Dean Akers served as the CEO of NES Health during one of the roughest years in recorded history. He had a one-year agreement as a consultant for NES with the potential to stay on until his retirement. Dean has now retired and we truly, deeply, wish him the very best.

2020 was a difficult year for everyone. Dean was certainly a bright spot during that time. But that doesn't mean 2021 will be darker. Dean made a lot of positive changes to NES that will continue far beyond his time here.

We, at NES Health, are thankful for everything he did -- especially the focus on putting the customer first.

Previously, our practitioners did not receive the best support they could. 

One of Dean's biggest contributions was the creation of the Success Team -- a team, fittingly named, dedicated to the success of our practitioners.

Kimberly Lackey, Head of the Success Team, worked closely with Dean to fully integrate his ideas into NES and will continue to make this our top priority. 

As the name implies, our Success Team goes far beyond a "customer service" team. We are 100% dedicated to your success as a practitioner. You can call the Success Team 24/7/365 for help with whatever you may need.

Dean's webinars on how to build a successful practice are available in the portal for NES Health Practitioners to watch and learn from. This was another aspect he brought to our attention. We are currently working on finding a replacement for this series and are in talks with someone who has built a hugely successful health clinic.

Dean's impact with NES will be this renewed commitment to actively reaching out with support. Meanwhile, we will continue our efforts to develop tools that not only make health easier, but also make it easier for you to build a successful business, so you can make a bigger impact on the world.
