We have worked over the past 11 years with a variety of experienced healthcare practitioners, with which we have developed numerous client case studies.
Below you will find each case study that we have conducted. Click the link for any study to see a detailed overview and additional links to relevant documents and presentations of findings.
Thermal imaging study
by Janis Laking – Chiropractor and Certified NES Practitioner
In this study we used thermal imaging to assess the efficacy of the NES miHealth for issues such as back pain, joint issues and whiplash injury.
Why Thermal Imaging Works to Assess Efficacy:
The body emits heat and infrared signals. Heat radiates from our tissues as they convert or metabolise food into energy and as the energy is picked up by the blood circulation. Our circulatory system distributes and equalises this body heat derived from metabolism. We can observe a high degree of thermal symmetry in the normal body, so that any subtle, abnormal temperature asymmetry can be easily identified as an area of either diminished or increased energy flow.
Thermal Imaging, with its ability to scan the infrared spectrum, offers a snapshot into this invisible world. Subtle energetic imbalances are manifested as physiological changes, which are reflected in the functioning of underlying tissues. These underlying changes can first be seen at an infrared level as abnormal thermal patterns.
NES miHealth was used according to the protocol devised by the practitioner. 3 functions were selected for each subject. Both on-body mode and broadcast mode was evaluated. The subjects were allowed to acclimatise to the temperature-controlled room and scientifically appropriate protocol was applied.
The thermal images taken before and after miHealth therapy show an increased blood flow to the area, and a normalisation of heat profile.
The Efficacy of NES Infoceuticals on health-related quality of life and weight loss in overweight and obese individuals
by Dr Konstantina Fyta
Weight management expert Dr Konstantina Fyta has conducted a trial to assess the impact of NES Infoceuticals on the quality of life in clinically overweight individuals.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of the NES Health Infoceuticals on health-related quality of life and weight loss in overweight and obese individuals.
Following the completion of the NES Health Infoceutical programme over a two month period, all participants reported higher IWQOL-Lite scores than their baseline scores (changes range from 1.9-18.3) and four of the seven participants demonstrated clinically meaningful change. Several improvements on the nervous, digestive, circulatory, muscular, immune and urinary systems have been also revealed. Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) revealed a decreased body fat mass index (BFFM) and body fat percentage and an increase of their lean mass, fat free mass index (FFMI) and body water respectively.
NES Health Infoceuticals were associated with signicantly improved quality of life, increased body lean mass and reduced body fat.
